RMA is the gate

Mail without an RMA sits unopened. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We reply with a number and the Fry Street address in Boise.

Keep / send back

Send back: tagged shirts, unhemmed pants, clean jackets. Keep: washed, worn outside, smoked, perfumed, final sale, late change-of-mind.

Refund clock

Original payment method, 5–10 business days after Boise intake. Return postage is yours unless we erred or the piece was defective. Outbound was free — no ship credit on a change of mind. No same-box size swap.

Inspection

We open returns in the order they arrive at 2412 FRY ST, BOISE, ID 83705. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.

How long a refund takes to show

Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.

Advertising claim

The 30-day RMA window, free outbound U.S. shipping, and “unused with tags” rule are the same claims we would enter in Google Merchant Center for Slagel Outfit.
