United States only. No export. Non-U.S. carts are refunded, not stored.

Cost

Free standard U.S. shipping, $0, no minimum. Checkout must match this sentence.

When

1–2 business days after the card confirms (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mountain time). Peak or Boise weather can add a third day.

How long

About 3–7 business days in the lower 48 after the first scan. AK/HI longer.

PO boxes

Some jackets will not fit a PO box. We will email before we cancel if the carrier needs a street.

Damage

Checkout match (required for ads)

Cut-off

Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. local time in BOISE, ID on a business day usually make that day’s pack list. Later orders roll to the next business day. Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mountain time.

What we will not do

We will not hold a parcel for pickup in another country, split an order to dodge export rules, or mark a foreign address as “gift” to force a label.
